1.   Acceptance of Terms  
By accessing and using Impact.Chain, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions,you should not use the Platform.

2.   Use of the Platform
Impact.Chain grants corporations and NGOs a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to sell, transfer, or reproduce the Platform or any of its products or services. 

3.   Changes to the Platform
Impact.Chain reserves the right to change, add, or discontinue its products and services at any time. The registration or subscription structure may also be changed without prior notice.

4.    Liability
4.1.       Impact.Chain provides information on the Platform “as is” without guaranteeing completeness or accuracy. Decisions made using the Platform are solely your responsibility.
4.2.       To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impact.Chain is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising under these Terms and Conditions. 

5.    Intellectual Property Protection
5.1.       The Platform and all of its products and services are the intellectual property of Impact.Chain. You agree not to facilitate the reproduction of the Platform, its products, or services.
5.2.       Intellectual property created by third-party vendors or contractors for the Platform is owned by Impact.Chain. 

6.    Termination
Impact.Chain may terminate your access for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, without notice or liability. 

7.    Fees and Payment Method
Subscription fees for certain features will be communicated in advance. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance. Late fees apply for non-payment. 

8.    Refund Policy
8.1.       Refunds are subject to conditions and processing fees.
8.2.       Refunds, when applicable, will be made by bank transfer with any associated fees charged to the recipient.  

9.    Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Impact.Chain from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms and Conditions. 

10. Compliance with Legal Regulations
Impact.Chain complies with the POPI Act in South Africa and the GDPR in Europe.
